Your RankGo Score is a 0 to 1,000 measure of how you actually performed this season: what you earned, how many hours you stayed active, and how efficient each of those hours was.

Published, not hidden.

Same formula for everyone, applied the same way, and normalized within your league: you are measured against drivers working the same market and the same month. Before it is a ranking, it is a mirror. Your score moves when your work moves, and it tells you which of the three inputs moved it.

Nobody else in this category tells you how their numbers are calculated. We publish ours in full, and if the formula ever changes, this page changes the same day.

Which apps can I connect?

Uber (rides and Uber Eats deliveries share one Uber account), Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart and Amazon Flex. Pro includes one connected app and Elite includes two, combined into a single unified score.

Can I switch apps later?

Not during your membership. Each plan includes a set number of connections, and a connection stays assigned to your plan once you use it. If a connection stops working, you can reconnect the same account at no extra cost.

What exactly do I see after I subscribe?

Your earnings split into fare, tips and bonuses; your active hours; your trips and days worked; your earnings per hour; your acceptance rate; your RankGo Score; and your position in the league. All of it built from activity you already completed.

How is my score calculated?

Publicly. Your score runs 0 to 1,000 and comes from three inputs: 40% total earnings, 30% active hours, 30% earnings per hour, normalized against everyone else in your league that month. No hidden factors. If we change the formula, this page changes the same day.

Are standings based on chance?

No. Standings are determined by objective criteria applied identically to every driver: the published 40/30/30 formula, computed from verified activity. Two drivers with the same numbers get the same score.

How do you access my data?

Through a read-only connection you authorize. We never receive your login details and we cannot act on your accounts. You can revoke access at any time.

Is RankGo affiliated with Uber, Lyft or the other apps?

No. RankGo is an independent analytics platform. We do not assign work, set schedules, or employ anyone. We analyze data you authorize us to read.

What is the RankGo Award?

The top 10 of each monthly season receive a RankGo Award, funded by RankGo and based on final standings. Details are shown in the app.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from your account. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly, every 6 months or yearly) until you cancel, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

When your membership ends, we remove the connection to your work apps. Your RankGo account and score history stay, so you can come back, pick a plan and reconnect. Accounts with no activity for 12 months are deleted after an email notice.
